Richmond Car and Truck Center’s Anniversary Event Recap
What a week! Richmond Car and Truck Center just wrapped up our 20th Anniversary Celebration. We want to thank each of our customers, friends, and family for joining us to celebrate this milestone. We spent the week honoring two decades of quality vehicles and transparent service with a Richmond Chamber of Commerce presentation, local vendor spotlights, giveaways, food trucks, and family fun!
A Week Full of Fun and Local Flavor
Each day brought something special for our customers and community. We partnered with some of our favorite local businesses to showcase the amazing talent right here in Richmond. Be sure to check out the following local business featured in our grand prize giveaway:
- Purdy’s Coffee Co. – A Richmond favorite for all your coffee and tea cravings. Both locations on Main Street and Big Hill Avenue have a warm atmosphere perfect for studying or meeting up with friends.
- Winkler’s Stockyard Restaurant – This family-owned restaurant offers your favorite breakfast options and homestyle country cooking for lunch. Visit here Monday-Friday for lunch to experience true southern hospitality.
- Campus Wearhouse – Needing to gear up for the upcoming school year? Campus Wearhouse has everything you need to show your school spirit for EKU, University of Kentucky, and even the local high school!
- Brady’s Sushi and Hibachi – The customer service and flavors are unmatched when it comes to Brady’s. They truly have something for everyone with hibachi, sushi, and kids meal options. Check out their menu to see for yourself!
- Jo’s Greenhouse – If you need flowers for an event, wedding, or a bouquet just for fun, Jo’s Greenhouse has you covered! The owner and florist, Kelsie, grows her own flowers and creates beautiful arrangements that will elevate your event and wow your guests!
At the end of the week, one lucky winner took home gifts from these local vendors and a Car Care Prize Package, courtesy of RCTC. This included:
- Four full vehicle details
- Free oil changes for an entire year
It was the perfect combination of automotive maintenance and local love!
Driving for a Cause
It’s not just about selling cars, it is about giving back.. For every vehicle sold July 28th-August 2nd, we donated $100 to God’s Outreach Madison County Food Bank. Thanks to the amazing support from our customers, we were proud to present a check for $2,000 to assist with the Backpack Program. This helps to feed children in need in our community by filling backpacks with nutritious, non-perishable food. We could not be happier to be a part of this effort.
